Milia Removal (Thermocoagulation)

Milia are small, white or yellowish cysts that form when keratin becomes trapped beneath the surface of the skin. They are common around the eyes, cheeks and forehead and cannot be removed with skincare products alone.

Thermocoagulation is a safe, precise and highly effective treatment used to remove milia without damaging the surrounding skin. The treatment uses a controlled electrical current to gently heat and coagulate the milia, allowing it to be safely eliminated.

This technique is particularly well suited for delicate areas, including around the eyes.

What to Expect

• The treatment is quick and well tolerated

• A small crust or scab may form at the treatment site

Aftercare

• Keep the area clean and dry

• Avoid makeup on the treated area for minimum 72 hours

• Do not pick or disturb the healing skin

• Apply SPF daily once healed
