Permanent Make-Up Laser Removal

Permanent Make-Up involves the placement of pigment particles into the skin. These ink particles are too large for the body’s immune system to remove on its own. Laser technology works by breaking the pigment into much smaller particles, allowing the immune system to gradually clear them from the body.

We use advanced Picosecond laser technology, which delivers ultra-short pulses of energy to fragment pigment into extremely fine particles without damaging surrounding healthy tissue. This allows for faster, safer and more effective removal compared to older laser systems.

This treatment is suitable for nearly all pigment colours.

What to Expect After Treatment

Following treatment, it is normal to experience:

  • Redness and swelling

  • Minor blood spotting occasional

  • Occasional blistering

These reactions usually resolve within a few days.

A scab will form over the treated area and must be allowed to fall off naturally. Scratching or picking may increase the risk of scarring.

In some cases:

  • Eyebrow hair may temporarily turn white due to pigment disruption

    • Colour typically returns within 7–14 days

    • No permanent hair loss occurs

Treatment Course

The number of sessions required depends on:

  • Depth of the pigment

  • Type and density of ink
